Terms & Conditions — okbejee Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okbejee ("okbejee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://okbejee.net ("the Platform"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the Platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels.

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you fully understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept all terms set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting the okbejee support team.

okbejee reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, okbejee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative governing version. Any translated or summarised version of this Agreement is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute, the English text shall prevail.

Access to and use of the okbejee Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. okbejee is an adult-only platform. Registering, depositing, or playing as a minor is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual player for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.
• You are using funds that are entirely your own and that have been obtained through lawful means. Depositing proceeds of criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously had an okbejee account closed or suspended for breach of this Agreement or any prior version thereof.

okbejee employs a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. You may be required to submit copies of your Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity documents to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request may result in temporary suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

To access the full range of okbejee services — including real-money games, sports betting markets, and the payment cashier — you must create a registered account via the okbejee Login page. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.

You are permitted to hold one active account only. If okbejee detects that a single individual has registered more than one account — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any funds held across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify okbejee support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• okbejee offers optional two-factor authentication (OTP) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number. We strongly encourage all players to enable this feature.
• All account activity carried out using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified okbejee of a security breach in writing.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

okbejee reserves the right to request updated account information at any time as part of ongoing compliance and KYC obligations. Accounts where the registered details cannot be verified to okbejee's satisfaction may be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided.

All financial transactions on the okbejee Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and adjustments — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). okbejee does not apply foreign currency conversion charges, and there are no hidden processing fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Supported Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT/Crypto where available. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may vary.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 1–6 hours during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business windows may experience minor additional processing delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing by the okbejee payments team.

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• okbejee reserves the right to request proof of payment source documents before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player without prior authorisation from okbejee constitute a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect account credit, okbejee reserves the right to recover the erroneously credited amount from the player's balance without prior notice.

okbejee periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All offers are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer and to the general bonus policy set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Welcome Bonus: New players receive a 100% match on their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more, up to a maximum bonus credit of ৳20,000. The bonus is applied automatically.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion details. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%), and sports bets may have specific minimum odds requirements. Full contribution tables are published in the promotions section of your account dashboard.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and any winnings derived from them must be wagered in full within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unexpired bonus balances will be forfeited at the end of the stated validity period.
• Seasonal Promotions: okbejee runs special promotions tied to the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions have their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.
• Abuse Prevention: okbejee reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has exploited or abused any promotional offer, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct inconsistent with legitimate play.

All games available on the okbejee Platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, fishing arcade titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each individual game as published within the game interface or betting market. By participating in any game or market, you acknowledge that you have familiarised yourself with its rules.

Casino games provided by third-party software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming are governed additionally by those providers' own game rules and certification standards. okbejee does not modify the core Random Number Generator (RNG) logic or payout structures of third-party game titles. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are not adjusted by okbejee.

• Bets placed and confirmed via the okbejee interface are final. You cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a game or system malfunction, okbejee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. No claims for lost potential winnings arising from technical malfunctions will be accepted.
• Sports betting odds and cricket match lines (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at okbejee's discretion, including during significant match events such as wickets, boundaries, or video referee reviews.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

As a registered player on the okbejee Platform, you agree to use the service in a lawful, responsible, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different name, email address, mobile number, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in live casino games or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies in betting markets for systematic financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to conceal your actual location or identity for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward okbejee support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with any part of the okbejee Platform infrastructure, including its servers, databases, or game software.

okbejee actively monitors Platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, okbejee may take any combination of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account, void pending and historical bets, freeze the account balance pending investigation, permanently close the account, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

Either party may initiate the closure of a player account in accordance with the terms set out in this section. okbejee is committed to processing all legitimate closure requests promptly and to handling any remaining player balance fairly in accordance with this Agreement.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your okbejee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled at the applicable odds and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their closure request treated with priority and implemented within 24 hours. okbejee's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme blocks login, deposits, and betting for a minimum period of six months. okbejee-Initiated Closure: okbejee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any term of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe following a formal request.
• Confirmed underage access, or reasonable grounds to suspect that the account holder does not satisfy the age eligibility requirement.
• Fraudulent activity, confirmed money laundering, or any conduct that poses a legal or financial risk to okbejee or to other platform users.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 24 months with no login, deposit, or bet activity recorded.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbejee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any losses arising from game outcomes, payment processing delays, or account suspensions carried out in accordance with this Agreement. okbejee's total aggregate liability to any single player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

Governing Law: This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to okbejee's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the okbejee support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. The English-language version of this Agreement is the sole authoritative text.
